Dental Front Office Coordinator – Dearborn Heights, MI

Join our friendly, patient-focused dental practice in Dearborn Heights! We are looking for an experienced Dental Front Office Coordinator who enjoys helping patients, is highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule

Full-time
Monday–Thursday
Approximately 32–36 hours per week

Compensation & Benefits

$24–$28/hour, based on experience

Duties & Responsibilities

Greet and check in patients
Answer incoming phone calls
Schedule patient appointments
Verify insurance benefits
Submit insurance claims and post insurance payments
Collect patient payments and balances
Assist with billing and account management
Maintain accurate patient records
Provide exceptional customer service and support

Requirements

Previous dental front office experience required
Experience with dental insurance verification, billing, and payment posting
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Professional, dependable, and team-oriented
