Manufacturing Associate I
$20 - $28 per hourLGC Group
Manufacturing Associate I produces high-quality diagnostic products at LGC Group's Milford facility using manual and semi-automated equipment. The role involves setup, calibration, and operation of manufacturing equipment while maintaining compliance with cGMP, quality systems, and safety protocols.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and manufacture products according to approved procedures, cGMP standards, and quality systems
- Setup, calibrate, and operate manufacturing equipment while adhering to safety policies
- Maintain clean and organized work area and contribute improvement suggestions
- Lift and move materials up to 50 lbs using appropriate equipment as needed
- Support cross-training and assist other departments as directed
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent work experience
- Basic mathematical and analytical skills with critical thinking ability
- Capacity to stand 6-10 hours daily
- 1-3 years life science or cGMP manufacturing experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree in biology, chemistry, or related science preferred
- Microsoft Office proficiency preferred
- Current U.S. work authorization required
Compensation: $20-$28 USD per hour
