Pay Rate: $15.00 / Hour Security Experience - +1 YearsValid Driver's LicenseTSA Issued TWIC Job Schedule: DayTimeWed12:00 PM - 07:00 PM How This Role Works: Fixed-Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts”): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment. Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part-time hours this week and full-time the next. It’s all up to you. This role is ideal for candidates seeking part-time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build-up to a full-time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed. Responsibilities: Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access-control policies, and emergency response activities at a chemical/petrochemical location. Monitor access points, verify credentials and authorization, maintain visitor and contractor entry records, and direct individuals in accordance with site requirements. Respond to access-control alarms, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns through established communication channels. Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, business areas, and the perimeter, reporting unusual conditions, unauthorized activity, and facility concerns. Support compliance with restricted-area requirements, vehicle entry procedures, and applicable site policies while helping to deter unauthorized access. Minimum Requirements: A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located. At least one year of security-related experience is required. A TSA-issued TWIC is required. Access control and badge experience is preferred. Loss prevention experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
