Production Supervisor

Judge Direct Placement is seeking Production Supervisor in Denver, CO area! Responsibilities Lead and mentor production supervisors and team members in the implementation of safe manufacturing practices, ensuring awareness of product-related hazards and fostering a culture of accountability. Optimize production schedules to maximize operational efficiency while effectively controlling labor costs. Coordinate production requirements with support service teams, including changeovers, preventive maintenance, material planning, and waste management for current and upcoming production schedules. Communicate and elevate quality and safety concerns across all levels of the organization to ensure timely investigation, resolution, and corrective action. Champion and actively participate in plant-wide safety initiatives and continuous improvement efforts. Oversee manufacturing operations to ensure all products consistently meet Safety, Quality, and Regulatory (SQR) standards. Ensure compliance with established programs, policies, and procedures to produce safe, high-quality food products that meet all regulatory and company requirements. Supervise, develop, and coach direct reports by setting performance expectations, conducting evaluations, and providing ongoing feedback and support.
