Resident Services CoordinatorThe Resident Services Coordinator assists the Community Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of an apartment community, or communities, with resident relations issues, performs a variety of administrative/clerical duties, and has primary responsibility for any resident concerns being addressed.Responsibilities:Oversee all aspects of the resident experienceOffer a professional, yet friendly, atmosphere in the leasing officeMaintain awareness of the property competitors and contribute ideas to the Property Manager to improve resident retention and satisfactionContact and follow up on renewals, new residents, and work ordersAnswer and handle incoming issues from current residents always offering excellent serviceCreate a renewal program to optimize leas renewals and decrease resident turnoverCreate ideas for marketing and events and assist in successful execution of these eventsPlan fun activities for residentsDevelop and execute strategies for optimizing online reputation and resident satisfaction surveys in accordance with goals set by Community ManagerMust be available for after hours for resident relations and other activitiesPerform other duties and projects as assigned by managerEducation and Experience:High school diploma or equivalent; or one year of related experienceKnowledge of property operations, marketing principles and practices.Knowledge of principals and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products of services; this includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, and sales techniques.Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, planning and organization, and coordinator of people and resources.Skilled with computer hardware and software including, Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, and industry specific softwareAbility to communicate effectively verbally and in writingPhysical Requirements:May be required to sit or stand for extended periods of timeMust be able to read documents, computer screens and dataMust be able to hear and understand verbal communications in person and over the phone or computerMay occasionally be required to lift or carry items such as files or office supplies weighing up to 15 poundsMust be able to operate a computer, keyboard, mouse and other office equipmentWork Environment:This is a hybrid role, requiring the associate to work in one of our corporate or regional offices 4 days per weekThe office is an open setting which may include bright lights, constant noises and distractionsA flexible schedule is required and hours include weekdays, nights, and weekends (including Saturdays and Sundays) as needed to meet business needsCompany Information:Weekly pay for all associates working onsite at an apartment communityComprehensive healthcare coverage available for all full-time, regular associatesEmployer-paid employee assistance, mental health, and wellness programsAncillary benefits including critical illness, hospital indemnity, and accident insurance401(k) with robust company matchOpportunities for professional development, career growth, and role-based learning plansDiversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging (DEIB) and multiple Employee Resource Groups (ERG)Paid time off plus floating holidays and volunteer daysDiscounted Perks (Costco membership, movie tickets, health & wellness, entertainment & travel discounts)Employment with RPM Living is contingent upon successful completion of a background check as local and federal state requires.
