Requirements 01 year of experience in administration, customer service, office support, or a similar role Strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities Professional demeanor when interacting with stakeholders at all levels Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently Strong teamwork skills with the flexibility to support multiple teams Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Experience working in a remote or hybrid environment is a plus

Job Duties: Coordinate meetings, conference calls, and video conferences across multiple time zones Manage calendars and schedules for banking professionals Handle high volumes of emails and phone communications with accuracy and professionalism Arrange domestic and international travel, accommodations, visas, and transportation Process expenses and invoices in a timely manner Book meeting rooms and manage logistics for internal and client-facing events Provide administrative support on ad hoc projects and daily team requirements Assist with holiday and phone coverage for colleagues Resolve day-to-day operational issues while maintaining workflow efficiency
