$30-$32/hour | 12-Hour Shifts | 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM and 7:00 PM-7:00 AM

As an LPN at Charter Senior Living , you are a key clinical support provider for our residents in Assisted Living. You will deliver high-quality, resident-centered nursing care, helping ensure safety, comfort, and dignity while fostering a calm and supportive environment.

• Perform resident assessments and assist with care planning

• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately

• Monitor resident conditions and report changes promptly

• Document nursing services and resident responses clearly

• Collaborate with caregivers and leadership to support resident needs

• Provide care with patience, compassion, and professionalism

• Active LPN license in the applicable state

• Assisted Living experience preferred

• Ability to work our 12-hour shifts (7a-7p) (7p-7a)

• Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail

• Team-oriented mindset with a heart for senior care
