Information Technology Technician

Location: Longview, WA (Onsite) Experience: 2 to 4 Years We are looking for an experienced Information Technology Support Technician to provide onsite desktop and end user support across multiple client locations. Key Responsibilities Provide onsite End User Computing (EUC) and desktop support. Troubleshoot hardware, software, operating system, and network connectivity issues. Handle incidents, service requests, IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change), and break-fix activities. Support Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office, Outlook, VPN, and remote support tools. Deploy, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot desktops and laptops. Manage software deployment, patching, and endpoint administration using SCCM and Microsoft Intune. Perform desktop imaging, software installations, upgrades, and updates. Support printers, scanners, mobile devices, and other peripherals. Troubleshoot Active Directory related issues. Use ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools for ticket management. Maintain asset inventory and documentation. Provide VIP and executive support when required. Required Skills 2 to 4 years of Desktop Support / End User Computing experience. Strong knowledge of Windows 10 and Windows 11. Hands‑on experience with SCCM and Microsoft Intune. Experience with ServiceNow or other ITSM tools. Good knowledge of Active Directory. Experience supporting Microsoft Office, Outlook, VPN, and remote support tools. Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills. Preferred Skills Mac Device Support Tablet Support Smart Hands and Feet Support ITIL Certification Microsoft Teams Administration Asset Management VIP / Executive Support Preferred Location Candidates currently residing in or near Longview, WA will be given preference.
