First-year earning potential when goals are met: $150,000+

Active real estate license required, or in the process of getting one

• Collaborate with team members to share insights and strategies that enhance collective success.
• Participate in one-on-one coaching sessions to refine your sales techniques and improve client interactions.
• Manage real estate transactions from start to finish, ensuring a seamless experience for all parties involved.
• Attend regular training sessions to continually develop your skills and knowledge in the real estate industry.

• Active real estate license or in the process of obtaining one.
• Experience in engaging with clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
• Ability to utilize lead generation strategies to build and maintain a client base.
• Proven track record of conducting market research to stay informed about local trends.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with team members to enhance collective success.
• Willingness to participate in one-on-one coaching sessions to refine sales techniques.
