We’re looking for a motivated Licensed Servicing Account Manager to join our team and help protect what matters most to our clients. In this role, you’ll take ownership of a book of business—building relationships, providing outstanding service, and uncovering opportunities to expand coverage.

Position Details:

• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM EST
• Compensation: $40,000-$55,000 DOE + commissions (approx. 10% of salary)
• Location: Fully remote within Eastern or Central Time Zones (Georgia candidates preferred; local area knowledge a plus)

What You’ll Do:

• Manage and grow an assigned book of business
• Conduct regular policy reviews to ensure clients have the right protection
• Build strong relationships through proactive communication and exceptional service
• Cross-sell additional policies to meet client needs and increase agency footprint
• Maintain accurate records in agency systems and ensure timely follow-up

What We’re Looking For:

• Active Property & Casualty License (required)
• Life/Health License preferred, but not required
• Insurance servicing experience with a proven track record of client retention and growth
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
