Job Title: IT Support Analyst Location: Indianapolis, IN (Onsite) Employment Type: 3-Months Contract (Potential to Convert Full-Time) About the Role We’re looking for a customer-focused IT Support Analyst to provide hands‑on IT and AV support in a fast‑paced environment. In this role, you’ll support training sessions, resolve technical issues, and deliver excellent end‑user support while working closely with IT and operations teams. What You’ll Do Set up and support AV equipment for trainings, meetings, and events Provide desk‑side technical support and resolve IT tickets Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues Assist with hardware deployment and distribution across locations Support Windows environments and enterprise tools Deliver proactive, high‑quality customer service Collaborate with IT teams to ensure smooth daily operations Minimum Qualifications (Requirements) 2–3 years of IT support experience 5+ years of customer service experience Strong communication and problem‑solving skills Experience with Windows 11 and Microsoft Office 365 Basic knowledge of Active Directory, Azure, and Intune Experience with imaging and device setup processes High school diploma or equivalent with technical experience Preferred Qualifications Experience with AV setup and support Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote support tools Strong teamwork and collaboration mindset Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment Why Join Us?
