Spray Foam - Sprayer/Foreman

We're seeking an experienced Spray Foam Foreman & Applicator to join our growing team. Job Description United Spray is looking to hire an experienced spray foam foreman/applicator with a proven track record in the installation of both Closed Cell and Open Cell Spray Foam Insulation. This role requires hands‑on experience in a commercial jobsite setting and includes supervising crew members, maintaining equipment, and ensuring the highest quality of work. Candidates must be motivated and capable of improving daily. Key Responsibilities Install open cell and closed cell spray foam insulation in line with job specifications. Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair spray foam rigs, pumps, and related equipment. Safely drive and operate a 26' box truck for transportation of equipment and materials. Supervise and lead spray foam crews, ensuring quality and safety standards. Meet or exceed daily production quotas and project deadlines. Ensure that the product is installed at the specified thicknesses with high accuracy. Diagnose and fix equipment issues promptly. Work well with a team, take instruction, and foster a positive, collaborative work environment. Complete daily reports each day prior to leaving site, track labor and material budgets and communicate with project superintendents. Position Requirements Experience with both Closed Cell and Open Cell Spray Foam Insulation. Ability to maintain and repair spray foam rigs, pumps, and generators. Valid driver’s license and ability to drive a 26' box truck. Willingness to travel and stay away during the workweek as needed. Comfortable working in a commercial jobsite environment. OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification required. SST Card required. Ability to meet or exceed production goals and maintain high standards. Strong work ethic and self‑motivation for continuous improvement.
