Join our healthcare partner in delivering exceptional care to patients undergoing dialysis treatment. As a Dialysis Technician, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse to initiate and discontinue dialysis treatments while monitoring patients throughout the process. Your expertise will ensure the highest standards of care and safety are met.

• Provide direct patient care in the dialysis setting
• Maintain dialysis equipment in collaboration with the Biomedical Team
• Apply infection prevention protocols for dialysis equipment
• Perform daily and intermittent water room checks and ensure regulatory compliance
• Set up and take down patient stations, including pre- and post-treatment machine care
• Initiate and perform dialysis treatments, including cannulating patient access
• Collect lab specimens and prepare heparin for catheter flush
• Perform dialysis catheter care and safety checks
• Inventory and order medical supplies
• Participate in department performance improvement and training
• Need 1 year experience in setting
• Certified Clinical Hemodialysis Technician (NNCC or BONET) required
• Approved CPR or BLS certification required
