At GHSP, our Business Unit Managers are trusted business leaders responsible for the overall success of strategic customer accounts. You'll lead a team of Program Managers and Key Account Managers while partnering across Engineering, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, Finance, and Manufacturing to deliver innovative mechatronic products to some of the world's leading automotive manufacturers.

What You'll Do

You'll be responsible for much more than keeping programs on track.

You'll:

• Lead and develop a high-performing team of Program Managers and Key Account Managers.
• Own the overall health, growth, and profitability of a strategic customer business.
• Build trusted partnerships with OEM customers while serving as the executive voice of GHSP.
• Drive business strategy, customer satisfaction, financial performance, and successful product launches.
• Align Engineering, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, Finance, and Manufacturing around common customer objectives.
• Anticipate customer needs, identify risks early, and lead teams toward creative solutions.
• Champion continuous improvement while creating an environment where accountability, collaboration, and innovation thrive.
• Partner with senior leadership to shape long-term business strategy and future growth opportunities.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who naturally brings people together to solve difficult business challenges.

You probably have:

• Experience leading Program Managers, Key Account Managers, or other cross-functional business teams.
• Success managing complex customer relationships within automotive manufacturing.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen.
• Experience leading new product launches from acquisition through production.
• The ability to influence across engineering, operations, manufacturing, quality, finance, and supply chain.
• A collaborative leadership style that earns trust and develops people.
• The confidence to make difficult decisions while keeping customers and business objectives at the center.
