Our team is responsible for recruiting top-tier talent across global markets, ensuring that we attract and retain individuals who embody our values of credibility, independence, and transparency. How You’ll Make an Impact: Lead end-to-end recruitment processes across a variety of roles, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience while meeting evolving business hiring needs. Collaborate closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to understand their unique staffing needs and develop innovative, direct sourcing strategies to attract specialized talent pools. You May be a Good Fit if: You have at least 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably within financial services or an adjacent, highly professional industry. You have a proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring candidates across various functions and levels. You possess strong proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and direct sourcing methodologies, and are comfortable learning new processes quickly. You demonstrate strong stakeholder management skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing recruitment challenges in a fast-paced and detail-oriented environment. Ability to work in a hybrid office environment 3 - 4 days a week in office.
