Contract Recruiter

PEPL has been engaged to place an experienced remote Contract Recruiter to provide temporary recruiting support for a client in the professional services industry. This individual will manage the full recruitment lifecycle and must have hands-on experience with the UKG Ready recruiting module. The ideal candidate is highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable partnering with hiring managers in a fast-paced, remote environment. Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned requisitions, from intake through offer acceptance Utilize the UKG Ready recruiting module to post jobs, manage candidate pipelines, track applicant activity, and ensure accurate data entry Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, timelines, and candidate profiles Source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other creative sourcing methods Screen resumes and conduct initial phone/video interviews Coordinate interviews and maintain timely communication with candidates and stakeholders Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process Maintain compliance with employment laws, internal processes, and documentation standards Provide regular updates on recruiting progress, pipeline health, and hiring metrics Required Qualifications 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (corporate or agency) Direct, hands-on experience using UKG Ready (recruiting/ATS module required) Experience recruiting for a variety of roles (corporate, professional, hourly, or technical—depending on client need) Strong sourcing and candidate evaluation skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment Strong attention to detail and comfort managing multiple requisitions simultaneously #J-18808-Ljbffr
