Business Operations Manager

The Role We\'re looking for a highly organized, detail-obsessed B2B Operations Manager to own the day-to-day coordination of our B2B customer orders, samples, and vendor compliance requirements at our Haltom City HQ. This is a hands-on, on-site role that sits at the intersection of sales, production, and customer fulfillment — perfect for someone who likes variety, enjoys solving logistics puzzles, and takes pride in getting the small details right. You\'ll be the connector between what our B2B customers need and what our production floor delivers. What You\'ll Do Work closely with the sales team to understand customer expectations, product specs, and deliverables for each B2B account Photograph, QC, and conduct internal review of physical samples on site before they go out Coordinate sample shipments to customers, and coordinate outbound freight for B2B customer orders — scheduling pickups, tracking shipments, preparing bills of lading, and troubleshooting carrier issues as they arise Enter sample orders and purchase orders into NetSuite, and enter item fulfillments as orders ship Project manage B2B orders from entry through fulfillment — tracking status, flagging delays, and communicating updates to internal stakeholders and customers Develop deep familiarity with our customers\' vendor compliance manuals and routing guides, so requirements are caught and met before they become chargebacks or rejected shipments Coordinate internally with Supply Chain on required materials to complete orders, and with Production to confirm shipment deadlines Maintain accurate records in NetSuite related to orders, samples, and vendor/customer documentation Take on ad hoc projects as priorities shift — this role will grow and evolve alongside the business What You Bring 1–3+ years of B2B account coordination, order/project management, or logistics experience (manufacturing, CPG, or retail/wholesale environment a plus) Understanding of retailer expectations and vendor compliance requirements (or strong aptitude to learn them quickly) Exceptional organization and follow-through — you close the loop without being asked Comfort with hands-on, detail-heavy tasks (physically reviewing samples, checking specs, verifying shipment paperwork) Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable coordinating with customers, sales, carriers, and internal teams Working knowledge of Microsoft Office / Google Workspace; experience with NetSuite is a plus (or a fast learner who\'s eager to pick it up) Ability to juggle multiple accounts and shifting priorities in a fast-paced, growing company Why Makesy You\'ll join a small, tight-knit team building recognizable brands from the ground up — with real visibility into how a growing manufacturing and consumer products company operates end to end.
