Operations Manager

Schrader Plumbing is looking for a hands-on Operations Manager to lead our field and office teams while driving operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and business growth. Responsibilities Leading, mentoring, and developing technicians, dispatchers, and office staff. Driving operational performance, efficiency, and profitability. Monitoring KPIs, revenue, gross margin, and production goals. Managing scheduling, dispatch, workflow, and job completion. Ensuring an outstanding customer experience on every job. Reviewing completed work for quality, safety, and code compliance. Resolving escalated customer concerns professionally. Managing budgets and understanding P&L performance. Improving operational processes, training programs, and team accountability. Working closely with company leadership to achieve business objectives.
