What you'll do... Provide data-driven analysis and insights to support and refine business strategies. Collaborate with internal and external partners to develop and execute consistent strategic initiatives. Evaluate ongoing effectiveness of plans, programs, and initiatives to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Lead cross-functional teams to identify and drive business opportunities and project feasibility. Establish and manage workflows, timelines, and compliance processes to ensure operational efficiency. Develop and communicate business plans, removing obstacles to achieve performance goals. Mentor and develop team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
