Key Responsibilities

• Conduct extensive patient assessments and gather medical histories to accurately diagnose and develop comprehensive treatment plans.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver integrated, patient-centered care for individuals ranging from newborns to senior adults.
• Perform detailed physical examinations, order relevant diagnostic tests, and interpret results to establish appropriate treatment strategies tailored to each patient’s unique needs.
• Administer vaccinations and medications, offering education on preventive health measures and lifestyle modifications to enhance patient wellness.
• Monitor chronic conditions diligently, coordinating referrals to specialists as necessary and ensuring continuity of care.
• Document patient encounters accurately and promptly using the EPIC EMR system, ensuring compliance with documentation standards and regulations.
• Engage in ongoing quality improvement initiatives, seeking to adopt best practices and advance medical knowledge.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• Successful completion of an accredited Physician Assistant program.

Compensation and Benefits
