Work Environment

The Surgical Center at Hope Family Hospital is an onsite facility where our healthcare team collaborates closely to ensure comprehensive care. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments and review medical histories to ensure accurate diagnoses and develop effective treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
• Collaborate closely with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to provide integrated care across all ages, encompassing everything from routine checkups to chronic disease management.
• Perform comprehensive physical examinations, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and establish appropriate treatment strategies that align with best practices in medicine.
• Administer vaccinations and medications, while emphasizing the importance of preventive health through patient education on lifestyle changes and wellness strategies.
• Monitor and manage chronic conditions, ensuring timely referrals to specialists as needed, while maintaining continuity of care throughout the patient journey.
• Utilize the EPIC EMR system for accurate documentation of patient encounters, facilitating seamless communication among healthcare providers.
• Engage in quality improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing medical practices and staying informed about the latest advancements in healthcare.

Qualifications
