We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our dynamic team at Bayshore Nursing & Rehab, a leading provider of comprehensive healthcare services. About the Role

As a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) at Bayshore Nursing & Rehab, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Evaluating and diagnosing patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders

• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans to address patients' communication and swallowing needs

• Providing therapy services in a variety of settings, including inpatient, outpatient, and skilled nursing facilities

• Communicating effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination

• Maintaining accurate and timely records of patient progress and treatment outcomes

Requirements

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program

• Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)

• Licensure to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the state of Wisconsin

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and patients

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
