Human Resources Generalist (Onsite - Winston-Salem, NC) We're partnering with a strong manufacturing company in Winston-Salem that is seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist to support a large, fast-paced facility. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys being on the plant floor, building relationships with employees, and serving as a trusted partner to leadership. The ideal candidate is personable and approachable, but also confident enough to make decisions, handle employee relations matters, and work independently. Responsibilities Recruiting, onboarding, and employee orientation Employee relations, investigations, and corrective actions Training documentation and compliance Employee engagement and event planning Benefits, leave administration, and HR support Partnering with managers and supervisors across the facility Supporting a positive and productive workplace culture Qualifications 3+ years of Human Resources experience Manufacturing experience preferred Bachelor's degree preferred HRIS experience (UKG is a plus) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus What we're looking for Self-starter who doesn't require a lot of direction Comfortable spending time on the production floor Strong employee relations and problem-solving skills Someone who is personable, professional, and able to hold employees accountable when necessary #J-18808-Ljbffr Confidential Jobs
