Key facts Location: Barcelona Engagement: Full-time Compensation: Undisclosed Team: Post-booking product team What you'll do Establish and execute a comprehensive product vision aimed at improving the post-booking experience for customers. Spearhead the integration of artificial intelligence tools to enhance and scale customer support services. Work closely with design teams to ensure that the user experience is of the highest quality and meets customer expectations. Formulate and validate hypotheses through various experiments to inform product development and decision-making. Prioritize features and initiatives that fall within a wide scope of product responsibility, ensuring alignment with overall business goals. Collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders, including teams from product development, operations, artificial intelligence, and customer service. Convert complex data and findings into clear, actionable briefs that can guide the team's efforts effectively. Monitor and analyze customer feedback and behavior to continuously refine the post-booking experience. Lead cross-functional meetings to ensure that all teams are aligned and informed about product developments and updates. Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement. Develop metrics and KPIs to measure the success of product initiatives and customer satisfaction. Mentor junior team members and foster a collaborative team environment that encourages innovation and creativity. Requirements Proven track record of articulating a compelling product vision and successfully executing it in a fast-paced environment. Hands-on experience with artificial intelligence tools for purposes such as research, prototyping, and data analysis. Strong design sensibility with a keen eye for detail in user experience and interface design. A customer-focused mindset that drives product delivery and enhances user satisfaction. An experimental approach to product management, utilizing data to test hypotheses and inform decisions. Ability to make informed decisions in ambiguous situations and adjust strategies based on new insights. Proficiency in analyzing data to identify trends and specific signals that can inform product direction. Exceptional prioritization skills, enabling effective management of a broad range of product responsibilities. Demonstrated ability to engage and manage stakeholders across various departments effectively. Strong written communication skills, capable of producing clear and actionable documentation for team use. Nice to have Experience in the travel or hospitality industry, providing insights into customer needs and behaviors. Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools for product management.
