About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) with a strong background in the construction industry to lead its revenue-generating processes. The successful candidate will be tasked with developing and implementing comprehensive revenue strategies to drive profitable growth and meet or exceed company targets. This executive role is pivotal in spearheading business development efforts, from identifying new opportunities to securing contracts, and ensuring a seamless handoff of projects to operations. The CRO will also be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners, as well as providing strategic guidance to the executive leadership team. Applicants for the CRO position at the company should have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a leadership role focused on revenue generation and business development within the construction industry. A proven track record of success in this area, particularly in competitive, relationship-driven markets, is essential. The role requires a deep understanding of the construction process, from development to handoff, and experience in complex, logistically challenging environments is preferred. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership, team management, analytical, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, and a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an advanced degree being a plus.
