Contracts Specialist

Contracts Specialist | Boston, MA (Hybrid) We are currently seeking candidates for a Contracts Specialist at a global asset management company with a location in Downtown Boston, MA 02110. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of contract experience (review, edit, draft) in the financial services/asset management industry. Experience with derivatives and the Investment Company Act of 1940 is highly preferred. This is a temporary role (4+ months with an opportunity for extension). Hourly pay rate: Between $48.00-$55.00 per hour (based on relative work experience) within a 40-hour work week. 3 days on-site per week. Starts November 9th, 2026.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Draft, evaluate, and negotiate various vendor contracts Provide contract administration support Review and analyze RFIs/RFPs as required Provide ad hoc support to Procurement Managers Ensure complete and accurate vendor profiles are on file Assist in updating procurement-related templates, policies, and procedures Recommend and contribute to projects/process improvement initiatives

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree is required 2+ years of contracts experience (review, edit, draft) in the financial services/asset management industry Experience with derivatives and the Investment Company Act of 1940 is highly preferred.
