We're committed to bringing passion and customer focus to the business.The Counsel will provide comprehensive legal support and guidance on a wide range of issues related to the life sciences industry, including but not limited to contracts, compliance, acquisitions, data processing and intellectual property. This role requires a deep understanding of the legal and regulatory landscape affecting life sciences companies, work efficiently in a high-volume, high-pressure environment, and collaborate effectively with different departments within the organization.Key Responsibilities:Draft, review, and redline a wide variety of contracts and supporting documentation, including master services agreements, vendor agreements, statements of work, fee- for-service agreements, contractor agreements, non-disclosure agreements, third party data access agreements, licensing agreements, partnership agreements, etc.Engage in direct negotiations and discussions with Trinity’s clients and vendors.Review and evaluate risks associated with various US and OUS privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR compliance)Ability to conduct legal review of various contractual agreements with minimal oversight.Assist in acquisition support/integration.Provide prompt legal support and guidance to Trinity leadership and management teams.Review and complete RFP/RFI questionnaires and Vendor forms.Answer questions regarding current agreements’ terms and conditions.Collaborate with various internal business partners including Compliance, HR, and IT.Perform administrative tasks on an as needed basis, such as signing documents and electronic filing.Requirements:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school and a minimum of 5+ years with a preference given to life sciences/pharma industry experience. Experience with regulatory compliance, intellectual property, and contract law is essential.Significant redlining and contract review and negotiation experience required.Knowledge of applicable healthcare, compliance, and privacy laws, rules, and regulations (Sunshine Act, Anti-Kickback Statue, pharmacovigilance requirements, HIPAA, GDPR, CCPA, CPRA, etc.).Must be detail oriented and demonstrate excellent organizational skills.Strong sense of ownership and responsibility, and a strong work ethic focused on providing excellent customer service.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.About TrinityTrinity powers the future of life sciences commercialization through the fusion of human and artificial intelligence. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range $84,000 - $126,000.
