Preference for candidates based in San Antonio or Dallas, TX. Key Responsibilities: Develop and communicate revenue strategies for hotels in your market. Lead and coach a market sales team to grow accounts and capture new business. Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and performance metrics to improve results. Partner with internal teams (Revenue Management, Marketing, National Sales) to align strategies. What We’re Looking For: 3 to 5 years of outside sales and account management experience (hospitality preferred). Demonstrated success in a seasoned leadership role with direct team oversight Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills. Drives results by partnering across departments to achieve shared business goals Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new platforms. Ability to travel up to 40%. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field.
