Executive Manager

The sales manager will play an important role in recruiting, training, developing, and leading a team, while also helping drive overall production and growth within virtual sales. A Major part of this position is developing people - not simply managing numbers. Our ideal candidate will embrace the opportunity to drive sales among existing clients and new clients through a mix of networking, referrals, PR marketing strategies, and social media platforms. The ideal candidate for our position has to possess the solid communication skills it takes to DRIVE INSURANCE SALES among potential clients and new clients. Compensation: $82,500 - $97,500 yearly Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills The ability to lead by example, resolve conflict, and create a cohesive team environment Preferred: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience Proven experience in a management or leadership role A strong grasp of budgeting, financial reporting, and forecasting Responsibilities Set clear goals, track performance, and hold teams accountable to high standards Direct day-to-day business functions and team operations Monitor key metrics and financial performance, identifying opportunities for improvement Build and develop a high-performing team through hiring, training, and ongoing coaching Maintain operational compliance with internal and external standards #J-18808-Ljbffr Business Athletes Association
