Job Summary and Qualifications The Registered Nurse coordinates and delivers high‑quality, patient‑centered care in accordance with departmental requirements and nursing standards. In collaboration with medical providers and team members, the RN provides individualized, comprehensive, compassionate care using established nursing models such as “Assess, Perform, Teach, and Manage.” The RN serves as an advocate for patients and families and models a commitment to the organization’s vision, mission, and values to support an unparalleled patient experience and clinical outcomes. Performs procedures, monitoring, and other functions as ordered by medical providers and documents administration of care in the patient medical record promptly. Teaches patients and families about medical condition, status, treatment plan, medications, side effects, and follow‑up measures, translating complex terminology to ensure understanding. Teaches non‑medicinal follow‑up measures such as healthy diet, exercise, disease prevention, and lifestyle changes, preparing patients for self‑management. Manages evidence‑based practices and continuous improvement initiatives to meet quality measures and enhance patient care. Collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate, evaluate, customize, and deliver a holistic treatment plan that promotes recovery. Qualifications 1 year Critical Care experience required. Basic Cardiac Life Support certification required within 30 days of start date. Registered Nurse (RN) license. Registered Nurse Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, or Associate Degree.
