Job Title: Restaurant Manager
Location: 1922 Goliad and 606 Embassy Oaks
Hours: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Daily
Position Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:
The Restaurant Manager oversees daily operations, staff performance, and guest satisfaction. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes initiative, and enjoys building relationships with customers and team members alike.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise, train, and motivate staff to deliver outstanding service
• Ensure all guests are greeted warmly and receive an exceptional dining experience
• Manage daily opening and closing operations
• Oversee scheduling, inventory, and ordering to keep service running efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and food quality standards
