Provider Network Manager

Working remotely from anywhere in the U.S., the full-time salaried Provider Network Contracting Manager will manage unit cost budgets, guide the development of provider networks, and evaluate contracts to ensure compliance and performance standards. Key responsibilities: Manage unit cost budgets, target setting, performance reporting, and financial models Guide the development of competitive provider networks that meet unit cost performance objectives Evaluate and negotiate contracts in compliance with company standards and processes Required qualifications: 5+ years of experience in a network management-related role with accountability for business results 3+ years of supervisory experience 2+ years of experience in product pricing development and financial modeling 2+ years of experience with provider contracting Expert knowledge of Medicare Resource Based Relative Value System (RBRVS) and related systems
