Description:
We are seeking an Acute Care Physical Therapist for an inpatient rehabilitation unit.
The position involves working five days a week from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
Weekend requirements are not expected.
On-call requirements are not included.
Holiday coverage may be needed.
Floating within the scope to meet facility needs may be required.
Candidates must have a minimum of one year of experience.
First-time travelers are not accepted for this position.
A valid Physical Therapist License in South Carolina or a Multi-State Compact License is required at the start of the contract.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is necessary.
All requested time off must be submitted at the time of application.
Approval for time off will be based on the facility's needs.
The facility has the right to call off one shift every two weeks.
During hurricane season, staff may be assigned to emergency response teams.
Travelers must be aware of the potential for fluctuating conditions during this time.
