Located in Plymouth, MN Salary: $22+/hr We have a few clients hiring for painters and powder coaters in the Dayton, MN and Plymouth, MN area! Shift: 1st shift: Mon-Thurs 5am-3:30pm2nd shift: Mon-Thurs 3:45pm-2:15am Pay: $22+/hr depending on experience.
- Load parts onto fixtures
- Prep parts for coating
- Operate coating equipment (paint guns, hoppers, and booth collection systems)
- Review machine gauges and equipment operations
- Adjust paint flow, viscosity, and coating quality
- Adjust temperatures and time limits to bake painted parts appropriately
- Review painted parts for quality and ensure customer specifications are met
