Job Title

Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse

Greenbrae, CA

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) | 36 Hours/Week Guaranteed | 13-Week Assignment

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Labor & Delivery setting during night shift hours
• Circulate and recover C-Section patients in accordance with unit protocols
• Float to the Postpartum department as needed to support unit staffing
• Monitor fetal status and respond appropriately to changes in maternal-fetal condition
• Document patient care accurately and efficiently using the EPIC electronic health record system

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in the state of California
• Current Fetal Monitoring certification
• Demonstrated experience in Labor & Delivery nursing
• Proficiency with EPIC electronic health record system
• Ability to circulate and recover C-Section patients
• Ability to float to Postpartum department as required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience providing care for newborns during the maternal recovery period
• Prior travel or contract nursing experience in a Labor & Delivery setting
