Voya Financial
Voya Financial is seeking a Vice President, Chief Counsel – Corporate Law to provide a broad range of corporate legal advice, including SEC reporting and guidance on governance matters. The successful candidate will support various teams across the enterprise and must have a strong background in corporate law.
This role will be based in New York, NY, Windsor, CT, Minneapolis, MN, or Atlanta, GA. Prior experience in merger and acquisition transactions and knowledge of federal securities laws is crucial.
