Location: Sun Prairie, WI
Pay: $18.00-$25.00/hour (based on experience)

A growing manufacturing company in the Sun Prairie area is looking for an organized and detail-oriented Inventory Coordinator to join their team. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, supporting material flow throughout the facility, and ensuring production teams have the materials they need to operate efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform routine inventory transactions.
• Receive, verify, and organize incoming materials and supplies.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate shortages or discrepancies.
• Perform cycle counts and assist with physical inventory audits.
• Coordinate material movement between the warehouse and production.
• Investigate and resolve inventory variances.
• Ensure materials are stored safely and organized according to company procedures.
• Work closely with production, purchasing, and shipping teams to support daily operations.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years of inventory, warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing experience.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills and experience with inventory management or ERP systems preferred.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
