A&A Glass Co. is a locally owned and operated residential glass company serving the Denver metro area. We specialize in custom shower enclosures, replacement windows, mirrors, glass repair, and specialty glass installations. We're looking for a motivated Glazier Apprentice who is eager to learn a skilled trade and grow into a long-term career. No glass experience? No problem! If you're dependable, mechanically inclined, and willing to work hard, we'll provide hands‑on training alongside experienced glaziers. What You'll Do Assist experienced glaziers with residential glass installation and repair. Load, unload, and transport glass and materials safely. Learn to measure, cut, and install glass products. Help install shower enclosures, mirrors, insulated glass units, windows, tabletops, and other glass products. Maintain a clean and organized work truck and job site. Safely use hand tools, power tools, and glass‑handling equipment. Deliver excellent customer service while working in customers' homes. Follow all company safety procedures. What We're Looking For Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Strong work ethic and reliability. Ability to lift 75–100 pounds with assistance. Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions. Good communication and teamwork skills. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred.
