Remote Lightworks Pro — AI-Driven Post-Production Specialist

Compensation: $50–$100/hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: 10–40 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

Review and validate AI-generated guidance for Lightworks editing workflows.
Assess advanced features such as multi-cam editing, console operations, and VFX routing.
Evaluate export formats, delivery pipelines, and EDL/XML workflow compatibility.
Test and troubleshoot AI-assisted post-production scenarios and metadata workflows.
Provide expert feedback on color grading, node-based VFX, and editing techniques.
Document insights and improvements to enhance AI-driven editing systems.

Requirements

Expert proficiency in Lightworks with strong workflow and editing efficiency.
Deep understanding of professional video production and post-production processes.
Experience with media management, proxy workflows, and asset organization.
Knowledge of VFX workflows and color grading techniques.
Strong problem-solving skills for technical post-production challenges.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
