Position Details

Looking for a skilled CT/X-Ray Technologist for a dynamic healthcare environment. This position requires experience in both CT and X-Ray modalities, as X-Ray only applicants will not be considered.

Shift Information

Shift: Day 4x10-Hour (07:00 - 18:00)
Start Date: ASAP
Daily Caseload per Tech: 28
Weekend Requirements: Varies dependent on staffing needs
On-Call Requirements: Yes, call is required

Qualifications

Experience: Minimum of 2 years in CT/X-Ray
Certifications: ARRT-R accepted; ARRT-CT certification preferred
Floating: Yes, must be willing to float within the scope to meet facility needs
First-timers: Accepted
Local Candidates: Accepted

Facility Overview

Type of Facility: Acute Care Hospital with 24-hour emergency care
Patient Age Groups: All age groups including neonates, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
Total Staffed Beds: 25
Census: Daily census of 28 between CT and X-Ray combined
Charting System: Cerner

Work Schedule

The technologist will work a rotating schedule, typically 4 ten-hour days or 5 eight-hour days. Shifts flex from 07:00 to 18:00, with call rotated for after-hours coverage.

PPE and Isolation Precautions: Adherence to safety protocols required
Weekend Coverage: Weekend shifts will vary based on staffing
Orientation: Required for the first 2 weeks; no time off permitted during this period
Housing: Hospital housing may be available for travel candidates
