Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Radiant Family Relations Counseling, you will:

• Conduct thorough assessments with couples and families to develop personalized treatment plans.

• Provide individual therapy as well as couple’s therapy, addressing complex family dynamics.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches to treat a variety of issues, from alcohol abuse to communication difficulties amongst family members.

• Facilitate sessions focused on grief and loss, job stress, family conflicts, separation and divorce adjustments, and blended family dynamics.

• Regularly document patient interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with state regulations and organizational policies.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A valid Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) license in the state of Texas.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

Preferred Experience\n

Additionally, candidates who have worked with telemedicine services, or possess specific certifications in relevant therapeutic modalities, will be at an advantage. Radiant Family Relations Counseling offers a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 – 100,000 annually, with generous above-market compensation and uncapped earnings potential. Our full benefits package includes:
