Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will play a crucial role in our clinical team, specializing in relationship dynamics and family interventions. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting therapeutic sessions with couples and families, addressing complex relational issues.

• Providing individual therapy to family members, focusing on personal growth and coping strategies.

• Identifying and treating various challenges such as alcohol abuse, grief and loss, and sibling conflicts.

• Assisting clients in navigating job stress, medical issues, and transitions such as separation or divorce.

• Facilitating better communication techniques among family members, fostering healthier interactions.

• Developing treatment plans tailored to individual and family needs while responding to their evolving situations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on families, couples, and individuals ranging from adolescents to adults. Compensation and Benefits\n
