As an Orangetheory Sales Associate you’ll be the heartbeat of the front desk. You’ll partner directly with the Studio Manager to keep the studio running, and ensure every member walks in and out of our doors with a smile. This is a 20-30 hour-per-week position perfect for someone who loves fitness, leadership, and making things run like clockwork. What You’ll Actually Do Lead the Vibe: Keep the energy high at the front desk. Master the Desk: Run the daily show—from checking in members and answering sales calls to keeping client accounts up to date and handling cash. Lean into your Sales Prowess: Help the Studio succeed in monthly goals for Membership Retentions, New Sales, Revenue and other Retail sales. About You You’re a People Person: Welcoming, dependable, and genuinely excited to support both our staff and our members. You’re Organized (Like, Seriously Organized): You can spot a messy process and fix it, and you don't sweat the details. You’re a Leader: You lead by example. There is nothing you see that "isn't your job" because you take ownership of your daily operations with a positive attitude. The Essentials: You are available to work an average of 20-30 hours per week, with some weekend availability. EXAMPLE WEEKLY SCHEDULE

Studio hours include 4:30 am - 8 pm weekdays as well as Saturday and Sunday 7:00 am - 1 pm. Sales Associate hours will include opening and closing during the week and at least one weekend day, most weekends. In other words, we have a lot of hours to cover and can support flexibility! Compensation Hourly: $15.00

• Individual sales commission (up to $40 per sale) and monthly Bonus (Up to $250+)
