Sales and Catering Coordinator We are hiring a Sales and Catering Coordinator. The Sales and Catering Coordinator acts as a liaison between the front desk and the sales team, assisting with group reservations, contracts, room blocks, and ensuring that guests and corporate clients receive exactly what has been promised. Many coordinators advance to sales manager or director roles. Key Role Responsibilities Monitor and manage all aspects of pre‑event, event, and post‑event details, including room blocks, meeting space, special concessions, group history, key dates, contract clauses, event orders, BEOs, billing, and related reports. Use digital sales systems (e.g., SFA, Fosse) and understand the hotel's revenue strategies, such as product pricing and budgeted goals. Attend customer functions as needed and work a varied schedule that may include weekends during events. Begin compensation at $19.00 per hour based on experience.
