Position Summary

In this role, you will handle complex shipments, mentor team members, and recommend process improvements. You will coordinate with internal and external teams, ensuring timely repair deliveries and serving as the point of contact for customer financial release and shipping readiness.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle complex shipments and resolve discrepancies.
• Mentor and train team members in logistics tasks and SAP processes.
• Review and validate customer repair orders and scopes of work.
• Create and maintain accurate work orders in SAP.
• Coordinate with teams for timely repair delivery.
• Additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2 years of experience with SAP.
• 3 years of experience in inventory control or shipping & receiving.
• Strong proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Willingness to work in various areas of materials as necessary.

• Good attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment.
• Problem-solving skills.

Special Position Requirements

• Shift Schedule: 1st Shift (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM), 2nd Shift (3:30 PM - 12:00 AM), with potential rotation.
• Physical Environment: General office & warehouse environment.
• Physical Demands: Handle objects up to 50 pounds occasionally; up to 20 pounds frequently.
• Travel: Domestic travel up to 5%.
