Assists in the development and execution of leadership development programs and initiatives to build a strong leadership pipeline. Partners with business leaders to understand their needs and provide HR support and guidance. Conducts needs assessments to identify skill gaps and development opportunities for employees. Facilitates training sessions and workshops to enhance employee skills and knowledge. Provides coaching and mentoring to employees to support their career development and growth. Collaborates with the HR team to design and implement employee engagement initiatives. Analyzes HR metrics and data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement. Supports the recruitment and onboarding process to ensure a positive candidate experience. Manages employee relations issues and provides guidance on performance management and disciplinary actions. Develops and maintains strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration. Participates in HR projects and initiatives to support the overall HR strategy and goals. Other duties as assigned.
