Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a preference for a Master's degree, and at least 15 years of experience in business development and client management, particularly within the AEC or aviation management consulting marketplace. The role requires a proven track record in leading market growth and client development strategies, excellent communication and relationship-building skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
