Direct Counsel is representing an Am Law 100 firm seeking a Real Estate Associate to join their prestigious firm. This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly respected national practice offering Competitive compensation and a collaborative, sophisticated work environment.

• A minimum of 3years of transactional real estate experience at a law firm or similar environment. 

• Experience with purchase and sale agreements, property management agreements, and leasing agreements is required.

• Experience with joint ventures and borrower-side financing is preferred.

• Strong academic credentials and exceptional research, writing, and communication skills .

• Demonstrated ability to manage complex matters and effectively work within a team.

• A proactive, client-service orientation with the ambition and drive to contribute to a growing national practice.

• JD from an accredited law school.

• Admission to the Bar  

• Submission of a cover letter, resume, law school transcript, and deal sheet is required.

This firm offers $250,000- $420,000 annually, a full benefits package, and access to high-level real estate matters in a collegial and supportive environment.
