Purchasing Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Process approved purchase requisitions into purchase orders in SAP in a timely manner.
• Manage purchase order administration and transactional purchasing support.
• Liaise with internal requestors, suppliers, Accounts Payable, and Purchasing teams.
• Troubleshoot transactional issues, invoice holds, and procurement discrepancies to coordinate timely resolutions.
• Maintain strict compliance with company purchasing policies and procedures.
