Portfolio Analyst
Join my clients' Portfolio Management Team!
As a Portfolio Analyst within my clients' Investment Solutions team, you'll be a vital part of our Portfolio Analysis & Consulting Group. Your role focuses on supporting multi-asset class model programs and managing investments and assets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze, monitor, trade, and report on model portfolios and underlying strategies (mutual funds, ETFs, SMAs) using analytical tools.
- Provide risk and performance attribution reporting to identify strategy influencers.
- Gain expertise in various investment vehicles, equity, fixed income, and alternative investment strategies.
- Aid in investment research and content development for internal teams and external clients/advisors.
- Contribute to asset class surveillance, portfolio construction, and investment product analysis.
- Collaborate on manager selection, reviews, and investment committee activities.
- Drive efficiencies through data and technology utilization.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years' experience in investment strategy evaluation.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field.
- Pursuit of advanced degree or industry designation preferred.
- Proficiency in technology tools like FactSet, Bloomberg, Morningstar, and advanced Excel.
- Strong analytical and research skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Effective time management and organization.
- FINRA Series 7 License (or intent to obtain within 6 months).
